Hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma in a child

Abstract

Squamous cell carcinoma of the hypopharynx is extremely rare in children. We present a 13-year-old girl with squamous cell carcinoma of the hypopharynx whose father was a coal-miner and a heavy smoker.
