[Fulfilling nutrition needs in households in the context of family evolution process]

Abstract

The analysis of fulfilling nutrition needs on the stages of family evolution process has been recently carried out. It was based on GUS examining of households' budgets. The result was that in some households people consume not enough carbohydrate, fiber, calcium, copper and B1 vitamin. The families with children were especially endangered by low level of such ingredients. Their diets were rich in fat, cholesterol, sodium and phosphorus.
