Abstract
Rectal bleeding is frequently seen in patients undergoing transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy. This report details a case of life-threatening rectal bleeding following this procedure which was successfully treated by means of endoscopic sclerotherapy. The aim of this report is to share our experience of the management of massive rectal bleeding following prostate biopsy.
