[A patient with the homozygote form of familial hypercholesterolemia]

Abstract

The history of an 11 year old boy with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia with therapeutic response to cholesterol lowering drugs is presented. Symptoms, laboratory diagnosis and therapeutic problems are discussed.
