[Metastasizing malignant meningioma: a case report]

Abstract

A case of metastasizing malignant meningioma is discussed concerning the etiology, clinical symptoms, diagnosis and therapy. The necessity of irradiation after surgery is turned out. Palliative treatment of bone metastasis is presented from an orthopedic point of view.
