Abstract

1. Recent experience with polyamide-oligonucleotide hybrids shows the versatility of this approach for replacement of radioactive isotopes for detection of hybridization on gels and for hybridization histochemistry. 2. These molecular hybrids also show great promise as antisense inhibitors.
