Abstract

The widespread use of modern diagnostic techniques has led to an increase in unexpected adrenal disorders. Accidental adrenal [correction of renal] tumors require diagnostic evaluation of their endocrine activity and histologic importance. The clinical findings and differential diagnosis of accidental adrenal tumors are described in the light of two cases. The diagnostic use of endocrinologic tests and imaging techniques is discussed together with the management of these patients.
