Ann Hematol. 2016 Feb;95(3):535-6. doi: 10.1007/s00277-015-2546-1. Epub 2015 Nov 6.

Abstract

We observed a case of Hand-Foot Syndrome (HFS) in a patient treated with decitabine. HFS has not previously been associated with decitabine, although it has been observed following treatment with the structurally similar pyrimidine analogue cytarabine.
