A Dedicated Transcatheter Heart Valve for Native Aortic Regurgitation in Patients With Significant Aortic Angulation

JACC Case Rep. 2024 Nov 6;29(21):102662. doi: 10.1016/j.jaccas.2024.102662.

Abstract

Percutaneous treatment options for high-risk patients with severe, symptomatic aortic regurgitation are currently limited to investigational devices. The J-Valve (JC Medical, Inc) demonstrates promising results in patients with challenging anatomies. We present 2 cases of successful transcatheter aortic valve replacement using the J-Valve in patients with significant aortic angulation.
