Abstract

小汗腺汗孔癌（eccrine porocarcinoma，EPC）是一种罕见且侵袭性强的皮肤恶性肿瘤，其病因尚不完全清楚，治疗以手术为主，放疗和化疗可作为辅助治疗。本文报道1例肩部EPC伴颈淋巴结转移病例，手术予局部扩大切除及颈淋巴清扫术，术后短期出现全身多发转移，提示预后差。.
