Prolactinoma invasion of superior ophthalmic vein: CT and MR findings

Abstract

We report a case in a 6-year-old boy of orbital invasion by prolactinoma in which the cavernous sinus was involved with direct spread into the superior ophthalmic vein, as seen with CT and MRI.
