Flosequinan: a new vasodilator for the treatment of heart failure

Br J Hosp Med. 1993 May;49(9):654-5.

Abstract

The incidence and prevalence of congestive heart failure is increasing despite improvements in the management of myocardial infarction and hypertension. This trend is likely to continue as the proportion of elderly in the community increases. A new vasodilator, flosequinan, is currently under investigation and may improve prognosis.
