[Primary bilateral adrenal lymphoma as viewed by MRI. Apropos of a case]

Abstract

Clinically silent adrenal involvement in lymphoma is a relatively common occurrence, involvement of bilateral adrenal glands by lymphoma as the sole manifestation of lymphoma is very rare, with only 30 cases reported in the literature. We report a patient with this unusual conditions, with CT scan and MRI aspects.
